Shipping Policy

please note buyers will pay the tax if it has any,if you want us declare some or print invoice,please be sure to tell us after your order because normally there in no invoice in the parcel, only item nothing else.

please track your parcel from time to time if got held by cuastoms office,please do the clearance ASAP. if order returned because no one does the Customs clearance, we can't refund the shipping ,but refund only item part.  and if you want us resend,you need to pay shipping again.

please note China post air parcel sometimes can't be tracked so well but it's reliable,kindly wait for it you will receive it.  we have to use China post because it doesn't have EMS service to some countries and for long size front lip spoiler, EMS can't ships it as well.

please check the parcel in front of  postman when they deliver to you, so you can refuse the parcel because of the damage. after you sign for the parcel, please check the item asap ,if any problems please contact us asap. 

We ship to most of countries in the world.

Items ordered through us are shipped by EMS or China post,  DHL or FEDEX sometimes because the shipping is very much more expensive.

We will inform you with tracking No. by e-mail as soon as your order is shipped out when we get it from the express company.

A street address is required for delivery.

Our products are shipped out 5 days every week.from Monday to Friday.  except holidays. Most orders placed on weekdays will be shipped in the next monday. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number. 1-3 days after you receive your tracking number, you will be able to track your order online at
